The world from
a different angle
(2018)
84” x 36” x 36”
Ceramic, glaze, underglaze, monofilament line
These 100 handmade ceramic roses were originally installed to hover about three feet from the floor, with the intention to have viewers lay beneath the ceramic sculpture in order to see the array of colors. This piece is about the strength and beauty of diversity and community, as well as the rewarding challenge of taking the time to look in a new perspective.
